1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that social casino-style games are lawful where you are.
2. Nature of the service
The Site provides a free-to-play social casino game, Khepri’s Hoard, for entertainment purposes only. The Site does not offer real-money gambling. No payment is required or accepted, and no prize, cash or item of monetary value can be won.
3. Virtual coins
Virtual coins are supplied free of charge and are held only in your browser session. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for money, goods, services or anything else. Balances reset when the page reloads and may be reset at our discretion. Any attempt to sell or trade coins or game outcomes is prohibited.
4. Game rules and fairness
The rules of Khepri’s Hoard are published on the game page and apply to every hand. Cards are dealt using a pseudo-random shuffle generated in your browser. Outcomes in the game do not predict or reflect results in real-money gambling.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, use automated means to overload it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, graphics and code belong to Ancient Hockey or its licensors. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial play. Copying or redistributing its content without permission is not allowed.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ancient Hockey is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Because the service is free and involves no money, nothing in the game can give rise to a financial claim.
